1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the MARILYN100 online shop at hansemedia.art/shop/, operated by Montecristo International OÜ, registered in Estonia (RC 14898654), with registered office at Sakala 7-2, EE-10141 Tallinn, Estonia. VAT: EE102232323. OSS: EE102232323.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Products
The MARILYN100 shop offers printed souvenirs (posters, mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, notebooks, framed prints) and collector items featuring cyberpaintings by Micheline Grisolame. All products are officially produced under the MARILYN100 project by Hanse Media, a brand of Montecristo International OÜ.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. VAT is calculated based on the destination country in accordance with the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
Payment is processed securely via Revolut Payment Gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Revolut Pay. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a PDF invoice attached. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.
5. Production and Shipping
Most products are printed on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination:
Europe: 5 to 7 business days after production.
Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days after production.
Collector items (such as the Black Box) are prepared and shipped manually. Delivery times may vary and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at shop@montecristo.it with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
You must return the goods in their original condition, unused and in original packaging, at your own cost. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Custom or personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and Defects
All products are covered by the statutory warranty under Estonian and EU consumer law. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at shop@montecristo.it within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All cyberpaintings, designs, and content on this shop are the intellectual property of Micheline Grisolame and Montecristo International OÜ. Purchasing a product grants you the right to personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
MARILYN100 is an independent artistic and editorial project, produced by Montecristo International OÜ and published by Hanse Media. The project is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the estate of Marilyn Monroe or Authentic Brands Group.
9. Limitation of Liability
Montecristo International OÜ shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In any case, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
For alternative dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
