Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at shop@montecristo.it with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom or personalised items are excluded from returns.
Refund
Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Shipping costs from the original order are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at shop@montecristo.it within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion, with return shipping at our cost.
